Privacy policy

When you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored scrambled, never in plain text). If you add one: your mobile number. When you book: the classes you book, attend or cancel, and the passes you hold.

If you join our list: your email address. If you send an event inquiry: your name, email, phone (optional) and the details you share.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. ECHO does not store your card number. Stripe may keep your card on file so that memberships can renew and late-cancel fees can be charged, as described in our terms.

We only text you if you have switched texts on in your account, and only about your bookings and class changes. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.

To run your bookings, passes and payments, to contact you about your classes, and, if you joined the list, to write to you about ECHO. We do not sell your information.

You can update your details and text settings in your account. To ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted, write to [contact email].
