You need an account to book classes or buy a pass. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

A pass gives you a set number of classes, or unlimited classes, for the time shown when you buy it. Each pass covers the class types listed with it. Unused classes end when the pass expires. Monthly memberships renew each month until you cancel them from your account.

Booking a class uses one class from a pass that covers it. If you cancel before the late-cancel window, the class goes back on your pass. If you cancel inside the window, the class is used, and the studio's late-cancel fee is charged to the card on your account. The current window and fee are shown on each class's booking page.

If a class is full you can join the waitlist; your pass is only used if you get a place.
